Cancellation conditions
If you have to cancel, we will try to find a suitable alternative date for you at any time.
In general, the following applies to cancellations:
up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation costs
14 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the accommodation costs
later: 100% of the accommodation costs
Christmas, New year and February
up to 3 month before arrival: free of charge
3 month before arrival: 100% of the accommodation costs
If arrival is not possible due to official travel restrictions, no cancellation fees will be charged. If you take out travel insurance, you are protected in the event of a Covid-19 infection. You are also welcome to take out insurance with Europäische Reiserversicherung when booking.
